This example parses a changelog with version headings, optional release dates, and bullet lists of changes. It has no frontmatter — all data lives in the heading text and list items. AST utilities (`inlineText`, `textContent`) handle extraction; stringify primitives (`heading`, `list`) handle reconstruction.
